Meet Our Team

The Chief Executive Officer and foreign affairs client manager, John, Is a British Lawyer and a Duty Solicitor for both Magistrates Court and Police stations in England and Wales authorised under the Duty Solicitor Scheme and a member of the Criminal Law Solicitors Association His Rights of Audience extends from the Lower to the Senior Courts in England and Wales where he regularly appears as defending Advocate in hearings and trials. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) in England where he received a First with Honors and went on to gain a Fellowship with distinction in both Family and Criminal practice (FCILEx Adv) Formerly John has served within the Armed Forces and the Police Service in uniformed and specialist roles. John is no stranger to Thailand having arrived in 2000 and having spent up to six months here per year until his permanent relocation here with his Thai wife and children. John has been advising on law since 1989 and has been representing clients domestically and Internationally since 2007. John plays a vital role within the firm and as the foreign affairs client manager he conveys the advice provided by our Thai Lawyers to clients in respect of their case so that parties to proceedings understand the position clearly.

Khun Punippa, or, Dunne studied Law at University and is a Partner in the firm. She assists with matters in Pattaya and specialises with criminal matters as well as Licensing and regulatory issues on behalf of clients. She has vast experience with regulations and licensing for commercial properties and entertainment venues such as bars, cafes, and restaurants. She is also one of the reporters and news team staff with our partners at the Pattaya News and TPN Thailand. Her skills, contacts and knowledge on the ground in Pattaya are invaluable to the firm and to clients.

“Khun Wichittra” or “May” is one of the firms Senior Directors and has spent a few years living, studying and working in the United Kingdom. Having been educated in both Thailand and England her role as a Director is to liaise with the Managing Director, staff, Clients and the Courts. She coordinates both the team and cases for an effective client experience. May can speak both Thai and English. She has previously held managerial and Human Resources roles. She also holds a Diploma in Human Resources. May also undertakes some of our Interpreting, UK Visa and Paralegal services.

“Khun Thanyaphorn” or “Apple” Graduated from Mahasarakham University. Lawyer license Number 2110/2562 and is a Barrister at Law (BA) and an extraordinary member of the Thai bar Association. Legal Advisor Registration number 631302005. Apple is also a Notary Public registration Number 10080/2563. Apple before qualification was a legal Clerk in Nakhon Ratchasima so has spent her adult life within the legal field. apple has worked hard post qualification to extend her qualifications and accreditations. Apple works on a variety of cases including Civil, Criminal, Family, Inheritance and Commercial, therefor, your in good hands.

Khun Amorn Mahittiburin.LL.B works in Pattaya for us and handles many of the cases we have there. He is an experienced Attorney and deals with civil and criminal cases. He has formerly been an honorable arbitrator and a translator for Pattaya Provincial Court, Chonburi, as well as holding the position of Legal Advisor to the Pattaya Police Chief Superintendent. Amourn has many connections in and around Pattaya and with the police which assists in smoothing over some of the issues our clients face as well as the ability to glean information where others may not be able to, thus you are in experienced and capable hands Any clients within Korat, Chon Buri and Bangkok are welcome to instruct Amourn for cases and legal issues they may have.

Khun Natrujar Thipaksorn LL.B, nickname Bethany. Isaan Lawyers are pleased to introduce Bethany as part of our inhouse team. She will predominantly work within our Korat office but will supplement other areas and offices where needed. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Khonkaen University. Lawyers license number 1544/2565. She is an extraordinary member of the Bar Association Of Thailand Registration No.61003524. Baitoey speaks Thai, English and some German which is improving. She has worked for a National Legal firm before joining us in our Korat office. Her background is within the Civil, Family and Consumer law areas where she has a background in Hire purchasing, Hire of property and Consumer cases together with a multitude of Civil work behind her. She has a vast experience in mediated dispute and negotiation resolution compromise agreements. Any clients within Korat, Chon Buri and Bangkok are welcome to instruct Bethany for cases and legal issues they may have.
Bethany is also a Notary Public.

Khun Napassawan Naungamhang LL.B, known as Angela. Isaan Lawyers are pleased to introduce Angela as part of our inhouse team. She currently works within our Korat office but will move to Pattaya in early 2023 as one of our resident Pattaya lawyers. She will offer advice and assistance to our clients Nationwide. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Chiang Mai University. Angela speaks Thai, English, Some Korean and French. Angela worked at a prestigious Bangkok Legal firm before joining us at Isaan lawyers International. Her background is within the Civil, Family, Criminal and Intellectual Property Law (IP) areas. She has experience in a number of legal fields and with her command of English she will be an asset to the firm and clients alike. Angela is available for conferences and Instruction nationwide. Angela is also a Notary Public.

Khun World graduated from Mahasarakham University Faculty of Law Bachelor of Laws LL.B. She is an Extraordinary member of the Bar Association Registration No. 60001719.Legal Counsel of the Juvenile and Family Court Registration No. 63 2 302 006. Thai Attorney, license a lawyer No. 1138/2563. World specialises in a variety of areas including family cases, inheritance cases, and civil cases. She is also experienced in the execution of a judgment ,seizeure of property and has also served as a bankruptcy attorney.

“Khun Wichuda Atthamethakon or Cha is an experienced Lawyer. One of the teams more senior retained lawyers with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is currently awaiting results of her judicial Examinations.Cha is retained by us for more complex cases when required and is available for instruction over a wide area of legal practice. Miss Tookta Yuttatong (“Took”) our in house accountant graduated with a bachelor degree in accounting BA,from Rajabhat University. She has attended training in tax workshop and Express (accounting system that our office use). She is also an approved member of the Federation of Accounting Profession. Took is constantly attending refresher courses in accounting to stay up to date with Thai accounting laws.

Khun Wilai, Ung, joins our in house accounting team.
Ung graduated with a Bachelors Degree in accounting BA, from Rajabhat University. She has attended training courses in numerous areas and specialisms with regards to Accounting and related services. Ung as part of continuous professional development (CPD)will attend and complete relevant courses and seminars.

Miss Siriluk , Pueng, joined Isaan Lawyers in 2018. She has a degree in Law LL.B from Rajabhat university in Nakhon Ratchasima and is one of our Business and Corporate Lawyers. She is currently awaiting examination and accreditation in order to become licenced with the Thai Bar Association.
She is a rising star within the firm. Her experience and expertise across a variety of disciplines is well beyond her years. She is our face at many government departments including the DBD, Land Office and Immigration to name but a few.

Khun Sombat is a Lawyer with over 30 years of experience. Over his career he has conducted cases all over Thailand over every legal field. Thus, you are sure to be in good hands. He regularly appears on behalf of clients in contested or complicated cases and is well versed and highly sought after for Court Appeals matters. He is retained and Instructed by us for high profile or complex matters when required.

Chulateekul Rittee, Ning, Graduated University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting BAA, from Vongchavalitikul University Nakhon Ratchasima. Ning speaks English and Thai and part of her role is Office Translator and Court Interpreter. She assists the Managing Director on a daily basis. If calling the office Ning will probably be the first person you speak to especially if you are from overseas.

Thikamporn Boonnaun, Eve, is one of our office Paralegals. She joins the team having left full time education with a view to gaining necessary experience to further her education with the aim of attending University. Eve will undertake various legal documentary and administrative tasks and will assist lawyers with document preparation. Eve will also attend with lawyers various government offices and departments in order to learn and have experience within the legal field. She is a bright and enthusiastic young lady with a promising future
