Fees and Payment:

To ensure smooth and efficient service, we typically require professional fees to be transferred before commencing any legal work. We will provide a detailed invoice upon receipt of your payment.

Fee Structure:

We typically employ flat fees for our services, covering the entirety of your legal representation within certain boundaries. Please note that our fees do not include:

• Appeals: We rarely encounter appeals, but their costs would be billed separately.
• Court Fees: Court fees for summonses, case lodging, and financial applications (2% of claimed amount) are your responsibility.
• Execution of Decisions: Selling a court-awarded property or collecting awarded funds involves additional fees beyond our service scope.
• Foreign Translations: Translations or legalizations of documents required for court cases are not included in our fees, although we offer English-Thai and Thai-English translation services for a limited number of pages.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Once Instructions are accepted or where legal work commences in any manor, agreed fees are non-refundable. Much of our legal work, especially court cases, involves extensive upfront preparation. Documentary services also involve client conferences, email exchanges, team discussions, and information gathering, all of which incur costs regardless of service completion. Where any refund is considered against our standard operating policy on a case by case basis at the absolute discretion of the management, a deduction will be applied to any refund to take into account client communications, internal or external communications, conflict checks, client onboarding procedures and so forth, for documentary services this will equate to a fair and reasonable fee for time spent at the assigned fee earners hourly rates. By uour instruction and as per our email footers by instruction of theis firm you agree to the terms and conditions.

By Instructing us to provide services of any nature you thereby agree to the terms and conditions as per the refund and cancellation policy of the firm that has been in place to serve clients since 2007.

Professional Commitment:

Rest assured, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service, exercising due diligence throughout your legal journey. By instructing us and transferring your professional fees, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Should negligence be proven by an independent Thai regulatory body or court, partial or full fee refunds may be granted.
