As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for the ILI Legal Group, Sasha is the architect of our future, defining the strategic vision and roadmap for our international network of law firms.
Sasha’s primary focus is ensuring the Group’s sustained growth and collective strength on the global stage. Her role is central to aligning the individual capabilities of our member firms with the overarching goals of the ILI Legal Group.
Key strategic responsibilities include:
• Global Strategy & Growth: Sasha develops and implements a unified global strategy, driving in-depth market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, service lines, and geographical expansion.
• ABS Partner Management: Crucially, she manages the strategic relationship with our selected national and international Alternative Business Structure (ABS) partners. This ensures that the Group effectively leverages these alliances to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions that go beyond traditional legal services.
• Innovation & Execution: She champions forward-thinking initiatives, translating high-level strategy into actionable, measurable plans. Sasha drives strategic projects focused on technology integration, operational efficiency, and innovation to ensure the Group remains at the cutting edge of legal service delivery.
