John is a distinguished British lawyer and a regulated practicing solicitor with over 36 years of legal and investigatory experience. As a Duty Solicitor accredited to represent clients in both Magistrates’ Courts and Police Stations throughout England and Wales, he holds full Rights of Audience extending to Senior Courts, regularly appearing as a defending advocate in complex hearings and trials.
A graduate with First-Class Honours in Law (LL.B) from England, John also holds Fellowships with distinction in Family and Criminal Law. His career began with service in the Armed Forces and Police Service, where he undertook specialist roles across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. This diverse background has shaped his pragmatic and thorough approach to legal challenges.
John has had a longstanding connection with Thailand since 2000, dividing his time here until his recent permanent relocation with his Thai wife and children. Since 1989, he has been advising clients on legal matters and, from 2007 onwards, has represented clients both domestically and internationally.
