Isaan Lawyers

With our experience and contacts, we can help you with your needs, where ever you may be in Isaan, where ever you come from. Isaan Lawyers is composed of foreign and Thai lawyers able to serve you in English. We try to work as a team, each person adding his experience and knowledge to our Law firm:

Mr. Sebastian H. Brousseau is Canadian Attorney-at-law from the Bar of Quebec (license 199862-5). He completed his bachelor degree of Law in Canada (LLB) before doing his Bar school. Then, he completed a second bachelor degree (BSc) with a specialization in Political Science and Criminology. Mr Brousseau worked for several law firms in Thailand and Canada. He started to work for his first Law firm in 1993 while being a student at Montreal University. He studied both Civil and Common Law. He is the managing director of Isaan Lawyers since 2007. Mr Brousseau is also a member of the International Bar association and lawyers without frontiers.

Mr. Terdpong Fuangfoovongrath ("Khun Terd") is a Thai Attorney-at-law, member is good standing of the Lawyer's Council of Thailand (License No. 2240/2546). Mr.Terdpong Fuangfoovongrath is also a public notary and qualified to certified signatures, documents and translation. Mr. Fuangfoovongrath has been acting as a legal director for Isaan Lawyers since 2007.

Miss Uraiporn Namprakhai ("Maii") is a Thai Attorney-at-law, member is good standing of the Lawyer's Council of Thailand (License No. 1301/2552). She also graduated in Intellectual Property Management from The Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. She is fluent in Thai and English. She has worked in several law offices in Korat and has also worked at the Intellectual Property Management Office (IPMO) at Suranaree University of Technology.

Miss Patcharin Lomlerttham ("Mam") is the personal assistant of Mr Brousseau. She graduated with a bachelor degree in arts, with a major in Office Information Science from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. She has worked overseas for almost 10 years and has experience with foreigners. She is fluent in Thai and English. She started to work with Isaan Lawyers in January 2008.

Miss Pinthong Nanok ("Pin") graduated in Business Management, with a major in Accounting from Vongchavalitkul University in 2004. She has been working for Isaan Lawyers as an accountant since 2007. She is a member of Federation of Accounting Professions under the Royal Patronage of His Majesty the King, registration no.3301200808861. Pin is constantly attending refresher courses in accounting to stay up to date with Thai accounting laws.
